Today, we are truly excited to unveil Smart Messages. The Smart Messages feature enables you to send a message via API, the Broadcast tool, or a third-party integration without interrupting your ongoing conversations in your Number™ inbox. When you send a Smart Message:
Your existing conversation list will remain uninterrupted
A message sent via API, the Broadcast tool, or a third-party integration will be displayed within the existing conversation without listing that conversation as the newest at the top of the list.
New conversations won't be displayed
A new conversation initiated by sending a message via API, the Broadcast tool, or a third-party integration will only be displayed if the contact replies back.

In a busy holiday season, your support team handles a surge in customer inquiries. Simultaneously, marketing messages promoting holiday deals flood the inbox.
